LICA takes pride in introducing Music culture among the LICA student community. LICA believes, language and music are main pillars for any culture. LICA teachers provide exposure to students in Indian Classical (Carnatic) and Western Classical music.

 

LICA music lessons are held on Sundays. LICA students perform at every LICA event and at various other events in the NY area. LICA Band, a band started by student volunteers, meets regularly, and perform at various fundraising events.

 

LICA aims to prepare young musicians to excel in school and to perform at centers like age homes, hospitals etc.
