LICA conducts annual competitions in Tamil Language, Tamil Vocabulary & Math Skills.

LICA offers regular classes for Shloka learning and chanting. Shloka classes are open for students of all ages, five and above. LICA students participated in various Bhagavad Geeta competitions and have won awards and appreciation from various Hindu communities.

LICA conducts two events to encourage students to showcase various talent like speech, acting, dancing, musical etc. Parent volunteers take special interest in prepating various groups to perform at LICA events. LICA students perform at various venues like NY tamil Sangam, NYTA, Tamilnadu Foundation, TLCA etc.
